Welcome to our Boxing Studio Session, where we're all about
the friendly and competitive fun! Get ready for high-intensity,
action-packed sessions filled with banter and good vibes.
Beginners are absolutely welcome; we'll teach you the ropes,
even if you've never seen a pair of gloves before.
Halfway between Pilates and strength training, CONDITION is all about building stability, control, and resilience. We’ll target your stabilisers and core muscles while improving balance, posture, and healthy movement patterns. This is your time to move with purpose, enhance body awareness, and create a strong foundation for everything you do—both in and out of the gym.
Fitness, fun, and non-weight-bearing. Bring your own bike and pop it on a stationary trainer, then choose your pace—cycle steadily for the full 45 minutes or join the group for bursts of speed work. This class is great for strengthening legs, boosting cardio fitness, and connecting with others. Don’t have a bike? Chat to Ali—we may be able to line one up for you, or you can use the cardio machines and join in on the fun.
Join our Cardio Core Session, the ultimate cardio-core experience
that promises not only to get your blood pumping but also to
leave you with a smile on your face. This energetic and
laughter-filled class combines heart-pounding cardio with a
core-strengthening focus, ensuring you'll feel both invigorated
and happily exhausted by the end. Leave feeling both
accomplished and uplifted.

In this unique experience, clients receive individualised 6-8
week plans tailored to their specific goals. While navigating
through their personalised routines, our expert trainers guide

personalised fitness journey. It's not just a workout; it's a
technical and personalised exploration of movement mastery,

This session deepens your Yoga Flow practice. After exploring your potential through a series of flowing postures, you'll be guided into a 10-minute Shavasana at the end of class—a restorative pose that allows your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of your practice. 60 mins
Our Pilates Studio Sessions are right in the heart of the gym's vibrant energy. Experience a harmonious blend of lengthening, toning, and sculpting exercises that activate stabilising and trunk muscles, creating a balanced and resilient foundation. Just starting out? We’ve got you covered. In this welcoming class, you’ll learn the foundations of both yoga and Pilates at a pace that’s right for you. We focus on building confidence, improving posture, and developing strength and flexibility—while giving you the space to grow at your own rhythm. Perfect for newcomers or anyone wanting to revisit the basics in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
Enhance flexibility, strength, and overall well-being in our dynamic Mobility and Core class. Improve mobility, stability, and core strength through targeted exercises. Join us to move more efficiently and reduce the risk of injury.
Re-create balance and harmony in body and mind with Gentle Yoga. Mobilize and stabilise joints while using a slow, calm breath to create space and ease in each pose. Ideal for those with injuries or specific needs, our teachers will guide you through each pose for a personalised experience.
Step into a safe, nurturing space where you can let the day go and reconnect with yourself. We begin with gentle journaling to clear the mind and set intentions, followed by 2–3 mini breathwork practices to calm the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve. You’ll then sink into a soothing guided meditation, weaving in the breath techniques you’ve just learned. This class blends science-backed breathwork with mindfulness to help you feel grounded, clear, and deeply at peace—ready to move forward with a renewed sense of calm.
