Spring Bootcamp

Always our most popular session, our Spring Bootcamp is designed to help you break out of the Armidale winter and kickstart your fitness journey with energy and enthusiasm. Expect everything you imagine in a bootcamp: running, burpees, pushups, squat jumps, and crawls, all paired with fun partner work and a lot of laughter. It’s the perfect way to shake off the winter blues, get your body moving, and reconnect with your fitness goals. And of course, no bootcamp is complete without a well-deserved coffee afterward! Join us for a dynamic, fun-filled session that’s sure to leave you feeling invigorated and ready for the new season.

Wholebody

Welcome to Whole Body, where every session is a surprise-

packed adventure designed by our legendary instructors. From

kettlebell workouts to fitballs, bodyweight exercises, dumbbell

routines, circuits, and team challenges, be prepared for an

ever-changing, full-body experience that keeps you on your

toes. Embrace the variety and unpredictability as we guide you

through a dynamic mix, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging

workout every time.

Swimming

Dive into our Sunday Swim Day, where the journey begins from

conquering the basics of putting your head underwater to

tackling your first lap or gearing up for triathlons. It's all about

you and your pace—choose your lane, take the plunge when

you're ready, and our fantastic coach will be there every stroke

of the way, ensuring you navigate the waters with confidence

and skill.

Boxing

Welcome to our Boxing Studio Session, where we're all about

the friendly and competitive fun! Get ready for high-intensity,

action-packed sessions filled with banter and good vibes.

Beginners are absolutely welcome; we'll teach you the ropes,

even if you've never seen a pair of gloves before.

Strength

Step into our Strength Class, a time-tested and traditional

session that focuses on foundational strength. Anticipate the

classic big lifts — squat, bench, press, and deadlift —

complemented by conditioning support exercises.

We keep it chill, breaking it down into easy 6-8 week phases

to make sure you see those strength gains and notice some

real results. It's all about keeping it simple and getting stronger,

no frills needed!

Sports Performance Coaching

We are thrilled to introduce sport-specific Sessions, catering to

your diverse interests and ensuring your training aligns with

your athletic pursuits. Whether you're a runner, cricketer,

swimmer, or a fan of any sport, our specialised sessions will

elevate your performance amplifying your power, strength

speed and stamina

Sweat

Join our Sweat Session, the ultimate cardio-core experience

that promises not only to get your blood pumping but also to

leave you with a smile on your face. This energetic and

laughter-filled class combines heart-pounding cardio with a

core-strengthening focus, ensuring you'll feel both invigorated

and happily exhausted by the end. Leave feeling both

accomplished and uplifted.

Movement Lab

Where fitness meets precision!

Ever wished for more personalised workouts? The Movement

Lab is here for you, offering individual planning, program

design, and education.

In this unique experience, clients receive individualised 6-8

week plans tailored to their specific goals. While navigating

through their personalised routines, our expert trainers guide

and educate participants in real-time, ensuring optimal

movement patterns, technical proficiency, and a deeply

personalised fitness journey. It's not just a workout; it's a

technical and personalised exploration of movement mastery,

enhancing both physical strength and knowledge for a lasting

impact on overall well-being.

What it might look like for you:

Come in and do your own individual session

Ask a coach to view your squat pattern

You might have trained 4 days already but havent worked

lower body yet that week so you get a lower body session.

Or come in and discuss a 6 week running plan or a 3 month

walking plan whilst you train Come in and discuss goal setting.

Open Gym

Open Gyms, your personalised fitness playground. Whether

you're flying solo, teaming up with a friend, or honing in on a

specific strength set, our gym is your open canvas. Come in

and make the space your own, utilising our equipment and

facilities to tailor your workout to your individual needs and

goals. Open Gym is available anytime their is another gym

session being offered.

Soul Studio Sessions Descriptions

Yoga Flow

Experience an energetic practice that builds heat, strength, flexibility, and endurance in Yoga Flow. Explore your potential and leave class feeling energised, grounded, and relaxed.

Yoga Flow Extended

This session deepens your Yoga Flow practice. After exploring your potential through a series of flowing postures, you'll be guided into a 10-minute Shavasana at the end of class—a restorative pose that allows your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.

Pilates

Our Pilates Studio Sessions are right in the heart of the gym's vibrant energy. Experience a harmonious blend of lengthening, toning, and sculpting exercises that activate stabilising and trunk muscles, creating a balanced and resilient foundation. Infused with mobility and stretching, this class not only nurtures your physical well-being but also invigorates your mind, perfectly complementing the dynamic atmosphere of the gym.

Yin Yoga

Find balance and stillness in Yin Yoga. Targeting connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments, this practice improves joint mobility and flexibility. Poses are held for longer in this session. Join us for a deep, satisfying practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system.

Stretch

Improve flexibility and prevent injury with our Stretch sessions. Learn a variety of stretching techniques to incorporate into your daily routine. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, join us to achieve a more flexible and supple body.

Nourish

Give back to your body with our Nourish session. This session combines trigger point, foam rolling, stretching, and release work to reduce pain, stiffness, and aches. Join us for a rejuvenating end-of-week experience.

Mobcore

Enhance flexibility, strength, and overall well-being in our dynamic Mobility and Core class. Improve mobility, stability, and core strength through targeted exercises. Join us to move more efficiently and reduce the risk of injury.

Gentle Yoga

Re-create balance and harmony in body and mind with Gentle Yoga. Mobilize and stabilise joints while using a slow, calm breath to create space and ease in each pose. Ideal for those with injuries or specific needs, our teachers will guide you through each pose for a personalised experience.

Breath and Meditation Class:

Reset, Recharge, and Reconnect

Have you heard of the vagus nerve, nervous system, or somatic work? Our combined Breath and Meditation class is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore the profound impact of breathwork and meditation on your mind and body. We begin with journaling to help clear your thoughts and set intentions, followed by 2-3 mini breath exercises that allow you to connect with your breath and reset your nervous system. Finally, we conclude with a soothing meditation that incorporates the breathwork techniques you've just learned, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness. With a growing body of evidence supporting the benefits of breathwork, especially in training the vagus nerve, you’ll leave the class feeling calm, grounded, and with a profound sense of peace and clarity. This class is your opportunity to recharge and reconnect, leaving the stresses of daily life behind as you embrace the power of breath and meditation.
